Responsibilities

• Partner with business to identify hiring needs
• Source and secure high calibre candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate expectations and provide feedback
• Create and execute sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Experience sourcing candidates via direct and indirect methods
• Fluent in English and another language
• Demonstrated capability to partner with Recruiters
• Experience in conducting and documenting screening processes
• Capability to conduct face-to-face competency interviews
