• Follow client recruitment processes for RPO or project recruitment delivery
• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies
• Manage candidate expectations and provide feedback
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set recruitment expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

• Significant experience in recruitment function
• Fluency in local language and Business English
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to manage client expectations
