Responsibilities

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans
• Source candidates using various methods including Boolean search
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates
• Draft and utilize phone interview templates
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• Experience using recruitment technologies

• Starting salary range of $53,709 - $65,000
