Responsibilities
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans
- Source candidates using various methods including Boolean search
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years' recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Experience using recruitment technologies
