• Partner with TAPs to co-create sourcing strategies

• Contribute to sourcing process improvement projects
• Collaborate with Employer Branding
• Maintain exemplary data hygiene in ATS and sourcing trackers
• Provide regular reports on pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Proven record in high volume and specialized searches
• Advanced proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience mentoring or training junior team members
