Responsibilities
- Lead the fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
- Assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle
- Communicate recruitment trends and act as a Talent Advisor
- Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation
- Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting
- Coach candidates on selection preparation
Requirements
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
- Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable
