Compensation

Base salary between €2,850 - €3,300 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select customer service employees for major accounts
• Prepare candidates for interviews
• Coach candidates for their new roles
• Organize tours and attend events
• Maintain contact with client representatives and act as a recruitment advisor

Requirements

• Completed HBO or MBO 4 education
• Demonstrable HBO work and thinking level
• Willingness to travel for collaboration with colleagues in the region
