Responsibilities

• Lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Work collaboratively with Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators
• Drive best practice across the recruitment lifecycle
• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing
• Communicate recruitment trends and act as a Talent Advisor
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation
• Coach candidates and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Prior experience conducting behavioral based interviews
• Ability to understand and enact MSAs and SOWs
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of analytics
• Ability to influence without authority
• Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
• Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable
