Compensation

Base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commission plus bonus, with Year 1 total on target earnings of $75,000+.

Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates/job seekers
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through calls and meetings
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals
• Document all candidate conversations for historical data and productivity reporting
• Represent Addison Group in a professional manner

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional work experience preferably in sales or customer service
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Competitive spirit
