Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, and Advanced Practice roles
• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Utilize the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals to recruit qualified healthcare professionals
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years sales or recruiting experience
• Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Ability to set and surpass goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
