Responsibilities
- Drive the full-lifecycle recruitment process in a high-volume, automated environment
- Manage and optimize Vendor Management System (VMS) operations
- Monitor requisitions and ensure compliance with client standards
- Analyze performance KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with client hiring managers
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with VMS/MSP teams
- Track candidate submissions in internal ATS and VMS
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0-3 years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
