Responsibilities

• Operates own book of customer accounts for management or professional level positions
• Markets services to prospective customer companies and develops business relationships
• Recruits, screens, interviews, qualifies, and refers job candidates for permanent placement openings
• Negotiates rates, payment schedules, and terms and conditions of agreements with customers
• Develops recruitment programs to attract applicants and fill specific job openings
• Maintains ongoing communications between customers and applicants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of staffing/placement experience with proven record in Direct Hire placement
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• Prior experience in the Technical Staffing industry with a focus in IT or Engineering is a plus

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with occasional travel required, less than 25%. Most travel is outside the local area and overnight.
