SUMO Medical Staffing specializes in locum tenens placement for temporary and permanent positions in hospitals, private practices, government facilities, and medical centers across the United States. They are dedicated to placing qualified physicians and advanced practice providers in various specialties.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs for locum tenens and permanent positions nationwide.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, licensure, certifications, malpractice history, and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with active candidates to support engagement, retention, and redeployment.
• Partner closely with account managers to align candidate delivery with client needs.
• Accurately manage documentation, candidate notes, and tasks in SalesForce.
• Analyze market trends and provider supply dynamics to refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates from diverse medical backgrounds.
• Experience in outbound recruiting, marketing outreach, and candidate re-engagement strategies.
