Responsibilities

• Manage and process job orders via VMS/MSP portals within tight deadlines
• Identify, screen, and conduct interviews for finance and accounting profiles
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills and qualifications
• Assess candidates' bilingualism to meet client requirements
• Maintain tracking and updates of candidate statuses in VMS and ATS
• Present qualified candidates aligned with client criteria
• Meet weekly KPIs for sourcing and placements

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting roles
• Fluent bilingualism in French and English
