Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage employees
• Provide customer service and maintain daily contact with general managers
• Screen, interview, hire, and conduct orientations for field employees
• Utilize multiple social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing
• Work with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals
• Complete new hire paperwork for field employees
• Build and maintain relationships with branch clients
• Participate in on-call rotation
