Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality, productivity, and effectiveness of the recruiting team
• Oversee the identification of potential candidates through sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Develop relationships with community partners to increase applicant traffic
• Manage team performance against established goals and metrics
• Use recruiting data and labor market trends to inform decisions
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws
• Seek new recruiting strategies to replenish the candidate pipeline
• Audit team processes for alignment with organizational requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition organization
• 2 years minimum experience in a leadership role managing a team of full life cycle recruiters
• Preferred knowledge in employment law
• Proven track record of building rapport with employees, management, and vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous recruitment call center experience preferred
