Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven recruitment marketing strategies
• Analyze recruitment data and develop action plans
• Train colleagues on AI developments and tools
• Support recruitment by refining job descriptions and creating target personas
• Act as a point of contact for recruitment and marketing

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Experience in the recruitment industry
• Affinity with recruitment marketing or labor market communication is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Affinity with digital innovations and AI applications
