Compensation

Base salary between €3,200 and €4,500, with additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a portfolio of highly educated professionals and trainees.
• Act as a coach and point of contact for a pool of ambitious talents.
• Represent Randstad Professional's employer brand.
• Monitor personal development plans and advise on targeted training.
• Conduct the full HR cycle including onboarding, progress, evaluation, and salary management.
• Initiate professional and social events to create a close community.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO education
• Valid driver's license B
• Availability of 32-40 hours per week
