Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
• Identify and engage mid- to senior-level and executive professionals
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to contract negotiation
• Utilize technology and data to enhance recruitment efforts

Requirements

• Expected 2:1 degree or higher (or at least 2 years of experience in a sales environment)
