Responsibilities

• Identify and engage IT professionals and clients to meet staffing needs
• Analyze staffing trends and develop targeted business strategies
• Drive revenue by negotiating contracts and securing staffing agreements
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development with talent acquisition
• Establish and maintain relationships with IT clients and candidates
• Develop creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates
• Collect and analyze data to improve hiring processes

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience; 4 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including MSPs and Fortune 500 companies
• Proven experience in cold calling and follow-ups
