Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client engagements and develop talent acquisition strategies
  • Ensure RPO program alignment with client business objectives
  • Create and execute project work plans
  • Define and communicate individual and team metrics
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
  • Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and set expectations
  • Conduct performance evaluations and execute career development plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10-15 years of equivalent work experience
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW
  • Ability to lead Director level employees
  • Track record of success in leading and motivating teams of recruiters
