Responsibilities
- Lead multiple client engagements and develop talent acquisition strategies
- Ensure RPO program alignment with client business objectives
- Create and execute project work plans
- Define and communicate individual and team metrics
- Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with clients
- Manage day-to-day client interaction and set expectations
- Conduct performance evaluations and execute career development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10-15 years of equivalent work experience
- 10 to 15 years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW
- Ability to lead Director level employees
- Track record of success in leading and motivating teams of recruiters
