Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assigned search activities from launch through completion.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel-related logistics, and meeting details.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with consultants, clients, candidates, and internal partners.
  • Build effective working relationships across departments.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, format, and finalize client-facing and internal materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, client service, recruiting, executive search, or professional services environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, formatting, and document preparation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000.
  • Target bonus of 5% of base salary.
