Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent for finance and accounting roles
• Generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews
• Achieve performance objectives related to activity and Gross Margin
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting preferred
• Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or consulting role preferred
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
