Responsibilities

• Develop a network and maintain non-transactional relationships.
• Reach out to potential clients to establish relationships and win new business.
• Pitch and negotiate service agreements with key stakeholders.
• Maintain existing client relationships and update them throughout ongoing searches.
• Headhunt top talent within assigned niche and territory.
• Network with passive/inactive talent and cold call candidates.
• Coordinate the interview process and exchange feedback between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate and deliver offers to candidates.
• Provide post-placement care to ensure long-term fit.
