Compensation

Initial base salary of $70,304.00, with top 10% of recruiters earning an average of $130,000 in year two and $195,000 in year five.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles
• Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment
