Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate
• Manage the assessment and selection process
• Facilitate intake meetings with Hiring Managers
• Participate in Early Career Attraction activities
• Review and qualify candidate flow
• Ensure positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of full Early Careers life-cycle recruitment experience
• 2 years of experience with an ATS or CRM tool
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
