Responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment goals and meet or exceed individual and team targets
• Develop strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with managers
• Source and screen candidates using internal and external resources
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to placement
• Negotiate offers with clinicians and clients
• Facilitate hiring processes by coordinating interviews and placements
• Build and maintain relationships with placed clinicians
• Cultivate a talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Ensure quality standards by reviewing candidate resumes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related sales environment, ideally within a staffing agency
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and databases
