Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Ensure all offers and steps in the onboarding process are confirmed and completed
- Document, track, and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
- Develop tools and solutions for recurring client requests
- Provide responsive and proactive customer service
- Manage and send HR and recruiting-related correspondence
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume employee onboarding experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
- 2+ years of organizing and managing a high-volume workload
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred

Additional Information
