Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
  • Ensure all offers and steps in the onboarding process are confirmed and completed
  • Document, track, and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
  • Develop tools and solutions for recurring client requests
  • Provide responsive and proactive customer service
  • Manage and send HR and recruiting-related correspondence

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume employee onboarding experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • 2+ years of organizing and managing a high-volume workload
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
