Responsibilities

• Lead and support national account contract compliance and relationship delivery
• Oversee requisition fulfillment and ensure data accuracy
• Act as a consulting liaison with client representatives and corporate partners
• Manage operations and maintenance of client accounts, including onboarding compliance
• Develop strategies for process improvements and oversee performance evaluations

Requirements

• Two years related staffing, VMS, or national account servicing experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• One year or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training
