Responsibilities
- Engage with client HR and Total Rewards teams to collect annual compensation, benefits, and organizational structure data
- Support outreach campaigns to ensure participation from priority segments and large employers
- Track participation progress and follow up with clients to close data gaps
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing data density in targeted market segments
- Work closely with Commercial, Delivery, and TR Consultant teams to align on priority accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR data, compensation, and workforce trends
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel
