Responsibilities

• Engage with client HR and Total Rewards teams to collect annual compensation, benefits, and organizational structure data
• Support outreach campaigns to ensure participation from priority segments and large employers
• Track participation progress and follow up with clients to close data gaps
• Support initiatives aimed at increasing data density in targeted market segments
• Work closely with Commercial, Delivery, and TR Consultant teams to align on priority accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in HR data, compensation, and workforce trends
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Excel
