Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day recruiting process for a particular office or group of offices
• Manage local recruiting support including scheduling analyst recruiting events and developing interview schedules
• Coordinate on-campus recruitment responsibilities and logistical support for events
• Build and maintain relationships with school career centers and placement offices
• Track and manage full-time hiring reports and data

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services firm
• Experience with applicant tracking system required
• Bachelor’s degree required
