Responsibilities

• Partner closely with GTM hiring managers to create hiring strategies
• Proactively source passive candidates through various channels
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close
• Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market
• Interview candidates using various methods

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
