Compensation
$26.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
- Identify quality candidates to fill open positions
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Strategize and create service delivery plans
Requirements
- At least two years in a client-facing role
- At least two years of experience meeting monthly quotas or sales goals
