Compensation

$30.00- $36.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls to local businesses
• Visit clients onsite and collaborate with hiring managers
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers
• Identify quality candidates to fill open positions
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
• Strategize and create service delivery plans

Requirements

• At least two years in a client-facing role
• At least two years of experience meeting monthly quotas or sales goals
