Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business in the construction market
• Negotiate contract terms with legal teams
• Collaborate with leadership and implementation teams
• Develop pricing models for worker compensation
• Perform quarterly business reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of related experience
• 5 years in account management and sales of strategic accounts
• Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred
