Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
• Sell The Planet Group as a staffing business partner to prospective clients
• Manage fee negotiations and contracts
• Develop comprehensive account strategies to win new business
• Communicate job openings and feedback to ensure strong candidate matches
• Work with other sales teams to upsell services
• Attend key conferences and trade shows to increase visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–5+ years of new business development experience in technology staffing within the Creative and Digital space
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
