Responsibilities

• Ensure compliant and timely billing for assigned client accounts
• Liaise with consultants on new clients and billing requirements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing
• Deliver pro forma invoicing and ensure timely response to clients
• Reconcile client VMS with internal invoicing system
• Monitor status of invoices and ensure timely delivery
• Work to month-end deadlines and complete submittal logs
• Liaise with payroll to validate payroll adjustments

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a finance function (billing experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in liaising with various internal departments
