Responsibilities

• Manage initial candidate identification and development process
• Network with professionals to assist in achieving career objectives
• Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations of candidates
• Assess candidate skills against client needs through telephone interviews
• Conduct reference checks on presented candidates
• Collaborate with lead consultants and Research Delivery/Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred
• 3+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, or recruitment
• Strong assessment skills
• Significant experience with computer systems and databases

• Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000

Additional Information

The position is remote and requires the Associate to demonstrate understanding of the full search process and carry a full search load.
