Responsibilities

• Support search strategy by producing industry and functional analysis reports
• Develop a solid understanding of the client's industry and competitive landscape
• Synthesize information for client-ready documents
• Assist in high-level name generation and talent mapping
• Participate in kick-off meetings to assist in developing search strategy
• Directly assist Associates with search-related tasks

Requirements

• Recent university graduate or up to 2 years of business experience in a relevant professional services environment
• Strong academic performance
• Business or human capital related degrees preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dutch & English language skills preferred
• Work authorizations necessary for the country of application
