Compensation

The base compensation for this position is $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory engagements by assisting with project management
• Develop client assessment reports
• Conduct 360 reference calls
• Design client workshop materials
• Provide research and conclusions for client-ready documents

Requirements

• Recent or soon to be university graduate
• Up to three years of business experience in leadership advisory or organizational development
• Strong academic performance (3.4+ GPA)
• Experience with collecting and organizing information from databases
• Proficient in advanced research and analysis
