Responsibilities
- Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
- Attracting, sourcing, and screening passive prospects and active applicants
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Cold calling 20–30 prospective customers daily
- Developing business with strategic staffing accounts and local businesses
- Expanding and retaining existing customers
Requirements
- 2+ years high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in light industrial capacity
- Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred
