Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvement
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards and social media
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
