Compensation

$26.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls to local businesses
• Visit clients onsite
• Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize staffing solutions
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Provide mentorship and guidance to jobseekers
• Identify quality candidates to fill open positions
• Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
• Strategize and create service delivery plans

Requirements

• At least two years in a client-facing role
• At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively
