Responsibilities

• Provide staffing support for various positions
• Consult with hiring managers to assess needs and sourcing strategies
• Utilize procurement technologies for role fulfillment
• Analyze and present Talent Community and Team Performance data
• Monitor requisition progress and follow up
• Negotiate bill rates
• Build customer and supplier relationships
• Identify service delivery issues and provide solutions
