Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage U.S. based candidates
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies
• Craft personalized outreach to U.S. based candidates
• Track pipeline activity and maintain ATS accuracy

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience
• Experience supporting sourcing for the U.S. market
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience sourcing for Manufacturing and GTM sales positions
