Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage U.S. based candidates
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies
- Craft personalized outreach to U.S. based candidates
- Track pipeline activity and maintain ATS accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience
- Experience supporting sourcing for the U.S. market
- Professional English proficiency
- Experience sourcing for Manufacturing and GTM sales positions
