Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their workforce and staffing needs.
• Develop and execute local recruiting strategies to attract and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Guide new talent through the onboarding process and create a positive experience from offer through assignment.
• Manage the ongoing employee lifecycle, including performance coaching, attendance, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of staffing services for assigned accounts, monitoring fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Respond to client and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Track staffing activity, fulfillment, workforce trends, and performance metrics to identify challenges and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand existing business.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in account management, customer service, staffing, recruiting, workforce management, sales, operations, human resources, education, or a related field.
• Experience managing client relationships and/or supporting a workforce, team, or employee population.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $65,000–$72,000 per year.
• Target annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position requiring regular presence at a local Kelly Education office and/or client location. A valid U.S. driver's license in good standing is required.
