Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels
- Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Support recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvement
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume hiring
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards and social media
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and compliance
