Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for software sales and commercial roles
• Conduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies
• Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques
• Conduct recruiter interviews and candidate assessments
• Present qualified candidates with detailed recommendations
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Manage multiple open requisitions with competing priorities
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting software sales or Go-to-Market professionals
• Experience recruiting within technology or SaaS organizations
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience supporting startup or high-growth technology companies
