Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing customers
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships with clients
• Resolve customer-related issues
• Visit clients to build relationships
• Coordinate recruiting efforts with other teams
• Handle daily account requests and staffing modifications
• Coordinate onboarding processes
• Provide hands-on recruiting support as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of staffing industry experience
• Experience in light industrial staffing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a start-up environment

• Base compensation range of $80,440 to $107,254 per year
