Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume candidate screening interviews via phone and video
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling
• Manage candidates through the hiring lifecycle from initial contact through offer extension
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the ATS
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting workflow

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• High School Diploma or equivalent
