Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process
• Serve as the central point of contact for European stakeholder coordination
• Establish recruiting processes and best practices
• Conduct telephone interviews and schedule hiring manager interviews
• Provide documentation of selection decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in RPO
• Experience in stakeholder management
• High level of technical acumen
• Professional-level proficiency in English and German
